Why are contracts important in business? We dicussed the Lucy v. Zehmer case. Please give your opinion of the case and the outcome. Do you agree or disagree with the court?  What legal remedy was used in the case to force the property to be transferred to the Lucy’s? Should people be forced to sell their property if they breach a contract?
On another topic, we discussed minors and contracts. Should minors be able to get out of contracts easily? 
Would you ask a friend or family member to sign a contract to buy something from you? Would you enforce it if they failed to perform on it?
