-This assignment encourages students to conduct in-depth research, analyze critical issues, and communicate their findings through a white paper. Students will choose a topic below and present a comprehensive overview, analysis, and recommendations. 
-This is a formal research essay, and your paragraphs should easily transition from one to the other and you should not use personal pronouns.
-If your paragraphs do not include a direct quote, you must include your source at the end in the correct APA paraphrasing format. 
-Living Conditions and Institutionalization at Willowbrook State School: 
Length: each section should be 2-3 paragraphs long. (excluding references, introduction, and conclusion).
Formatting: Use APA format with 1-inch margins, 12-point Times New Roman font, and double spacing.
Citations: Use in-text citations and provide a complete reference list.
Minimum of 3 sources. At least one source should be from Ebscohost
