* introduce students to behavior change theories (see chapter 4 in your text)
* consider which theory is suitable to the behavior the student choose to modify (slelect a model that will enable you to change the identified bahvior)
* Intrapersonal (individual) theory (Health Belief Model, Theory of Planned Behavior, Transtheoretical Model of Change, etc.)
* Interpersonal theories (Scoasil Cognitive Theory, Social Network Thory, etc.)
* develop a plan to change (begin, elminate, modify) an identified behavior
* week-1, collect baseline information on the bahvior to change (alter)
* week-2-3, implement the “change” planned
* week-4, reflect on how well you planned, followed the selected theory, and implemented your plan.

* what didn’t work
* future plan
