Current Abstract The National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA) serves as a pivotal force in driving institutional revenue in higher education across all divisions of collegiate sports. This study aims to explore how revenue disparities within the NCAA directly impact women athletes. As institutions strive to navigate the complexities of financing collegiate athletics, understanding the dynamics of revenue distribution within the NCAA becomes paramount.  Additionally, the intersectionality of gender, race, and socioeconomic status adds multiple layers to the complexity of this issue, influencing how revenue disparities affect various groups of women athletes differently. This paper aims to explore the implications of NCAA revenue disparity on higher education finances, with a thorough examination of its effects on women athletes through an intersectional lens.
