Students will give a 10-15 minute presentation describing and detailing the value of an organizational management theory (i.e., one theory from management, motivation, or leadership).  Students will provide general knowledge and scholarship on the theory as well as discuss its importance and applicability in current public/nonprofit organizations.  Moreover, you may want to define the strengths and limitations of this management theory and address other alternatives that may be helpful to remedy the limitations you identify. Students will prepare this presentation via their favorite platform – PowerPoint, Prezi, etc and upload the presentation along with their “audio and/or video” recording which accompanies the slides.
