Researchers in this chapter, view the roots of chronic offending as extend to the earliest moments of life. They suggest we should not only have Juvenile Delinquency as a study, but that we should also emphasis child criminology and study offenders from “womb to tomb”. Researchers point out that a substantial proportion of delinquent youths did not receive adequate intervention.
