Research, design, and eat a nutritious, healthy, and satisfying 3-day diet for yourself.
The plan should contain an adequate, but not excessive, amount of calories, carbohydrates (C), fat (F), and protein (P).
It should also be tasty and ‘doable’ for you, not too strict.
Develop a table listing the nutritional information.
The table should include all the information shown for all food eaten the entire day.
List each day separately
Include the daily total for Calories, Carbohydrates, Fat, and Protein.
Comment on each food item in your diet; such as ‘high in salt’, or ‘lots of iron and vitamin B’.
Include an image of the nutritional label from each food. The label can be found on the package or online.
