Each week you are required to write a 300-word reflective summary, applying the Gibbs Reflective Cycle to structure your reflection, based on that week’s learnings. You need to provide a clear and coherent progression through the stages of the reflective cycle, including description, feelings, evaluation, analysis, evaluation, conclusion and action plan. Consider whether your application of the reflective cycle leads to valuable insights and potential areas for growth or improvement.
