Without even realizing it, you’ve probably seen news coverage that relates to this week’s topics. Do a little research on your own, and find an article or video (or similar) about a case that would fall into one or more of the categories. Describe the case / situation. Explain why you think it fits. Give your opinion as to whether it should be successful as a tort case. Be specific & use the text. Make sure to include a link for your source, as well!
