Prepare a business plan outline for an international marketing opportunity.
In this week’s assignment, you will delve into the intricacies of international business operations and explore the global opportunities available to organizations. Your focus will be on developing a Global Business Plan.
Instructions/Scenario:
You are a global business development team member at a U.S.-based multinational corporation that already has operations in Latin America. Now the company wants to expand its operations into European markets. Your goal is to create a business plan that outlines a new product or service offering for either (1) an electric car company, (2) a hospitality company, or (3) a silicon chip manufacturer, targeting a specific country in the European Union (E.U.). The company wants to expand its global presence and capitalize on emerging opportunities in a rapidly evolving industry.
