1. Identify a very clear and specific problem we have in the United States (explain and discuss with citations)
2. History of the problem (age specific)
3. What are the negative implications of the problem on development, you should address at least TWO domains of development (e.g., cognitive, metacognitive, brain, social, emotional, physical, intellectual, identity, mental health etc.). 
4. Identify 2 possible solutions for your problem (they must be plausible solutions). Things that make sense that are original ideas or projects that are actually taking place across America. 
5. What are positive implications of your solutions?
