I need a doctorate-level PowerPoint. It should contain more than the basics and be ready to present. It should contain pictures, fly-ins, etc..  Please feel free to use additional information as well as the information attached. 
The presentation should be 15-20 minutes in length. A power point presentation may be used.
A copy of the proposed dissertation topic will be distributed to each committee member. The copy should be no longer than two double-spaced pages.
The presentation should be structured according to the outline below: 
5 – 7 minutes                INTRODUCTION
Explain the rationale for choosing the topic.
Explain the importance of the topic.
5-7 minutes               TOPIC RELEVANCE
Explain the value the research may have on the educational
community.
5-7 minutes               RESEARCH PLAN
Explain the type of research to be done.
Explain the sample to be used.
