I already have the very rough draft of the manuscripit that I will attach for refrence. The professor had alot of comments that I will also provide for you to have an idea of what to write about. 
– INTRODUCTION: Include the functions of muscle 6 and 16 in larvae and how their different motor neurons (will attach picture) might contribute to why each muscle is giving a different response to different frequeincies. 
– INTROUDUCTION:  include how the different regions of each mucle (top, bottom, middle segements) are used for locomotor/ also talk about that in the functions of mucle 6 and 16.
– MATERIALS AND METHODS: Be more specific in the methods (how the elctrodes were set up for the intracellular recording) / talk about the set up 
-RESULTS: picture with the data is attached. In manuscript attached, i have the old data. I am keeping it just for reference but there is a new set of data because we calculated the average amplitude of each frequency.
– DISCUSSION: include future directions (what would you do different if you had 1 more week to do this experiment)
– remove anything that is related to ERG (we did not use that method) we used intracellular recording 
– come up with a hypotheiss
