This assignment requires a brief discussion of the expected outcome, benefits, and costs of the COVID-19 vaccine distribution process in New York State. Please indicate:  how much was spent(an estimate can be used) and if the amount spent was worth it. In addition, please indicate how much it costs ( an estimate can be used) and the benefits that came out of the distribution process both quantitative and qualitative.
Further, a cost-benefit analysis template is required ( any simple template can be used) that shows the expected cost of the COVID-19 vaccine distribution process in New York State against its expected benefits.
