FORMAT: The in-text citations are completely off. The writer put in-text citations where it was all based on the file I had provided. The writer did absolutely horrible on this assignment.
GRAMMAR: There were plenty of grammar mistakes, and the flow of the paper isn’t nice.
INSTRUCTIONS: This writer clearly didn’t follow anything I said. I said go based on the report I had provided for you. For example, the writer is using in-text citations on the first section about patient information which is provided on the radiology report I had provided! Why would anyone think you need in-text citations for that?? The writer did this multiple times.
CONTENT: The whole thing literally, I am not happy with what is made at all. This is the first time I had a paper be written this terrible.
