You may choose to make recommendations that you would implement at the organizational/firm level, or ones that you would advocate for at the city, state or federal level. Support your recommendations using concepts that you learned/the frameworks from the School of Business Ethics and DEI Primers (Goal 1b, 2b, 5c)
Are you in favor of paying reparations to the survivors of the Tulsa Massacre and their descendants? Why or why not? If yes, in what form/manner would you pay them?
