Read the case “The Tulsa Massacre and the call for reparations” and answer the following questions. Your responses will be reviewed by all School of Business faculty at the end of the semester to assess how School of Business students perform with respect to the following learning goals:

If you were leading an existing business or organization in the Tulsa community, what recommendations would you make to address the circumstances that have impacted the businesses/communities/individuals surrounding the Tulsa Massacre. You may choose to make recommendations that you would implement at the organizational/firm level, or ones that you would advocate for at the city, state or federal level.  Support your recommendations using concepts that you learned/the frameworks from the School of Business Ethics and DEI Primers (Goal 1b, 2b, 5c)
Are you in favor of paying reparations to the survivors of the Tulsa Massacre and their descendants? Why or why not?  If yes, in what form/manner would you pay them?
