The student will read and write a synopsis of
three scholarly journal articles. 

The student will read and write a synopsis of
three scholarly journal articles.  One
article should be related to each of the three main areas of study for the
semester.  The student is free to select
a scholarly journal and an appropriate article of his/her choice.  Journal articles written for Scholarly
journals which are then reproduced completely on the internet may be used.
Articles written for direct publication on the internet may not have been
vetted and are not considered “Scholarly” articles.  Each synopsis should be one page in length
and summarize and review the article.
