The previous person that wrote my paper before didn’t follow the intructions. The following is the crtiques from the professor: I kept waiting for you to explain the Theory!  Where are: Suitable Targets, Motivated Offenders and Lack of Capable Guardians?  These are the central tenets of the Theory and it is not in your paper (or explained).  The Bullet Point format for sections only eats up page space and does not add to the paper.  In fact this meant that the paper was not at least five pages long!  In your Works Cited there is the “Oxford Research Encyclopedia of Criminology and Criminal Justice,” surprising since the Research Paper Guidelines specifically prohibits the use of ANY encyclopedia.  This source was also cited several times.
I will upload the guidelines for the research paper. I need someone who can follow the directions given from both the advice from the professor and the guidelines attached
