How are previous studies important for researching the topic you picked? They were       Important because they set tone for understanding how emotion can effect a choice   that made by a leader. How you have to be able take emotion out of somethings,            as leader can make you unpopluar. So I decided to dive a little bit more into the topic. 
Using the search process outlined in Chapter 2, find at least two sources directly related to 
the topic and research questions you identified in Assignment 1.3. These must be peer-reviewed articles from OCLS.

What challenges did you face while locating sources in OCLS? That the OCLS is not on the home screen when you first login into the student portal. I had to search to find it        and access the site. Some of the artcles were not on the site, so it took you to another     site or they were open for reading
