This is a Summary opinion it is about the matter of McClinton v. United States and, in my judgment, my stance against Acquitted Conduct Sentencing. This Summary Opinion will evaluate and contain the United States Court of Appeals, Seventh Circuit, Petition for Writ of Certiorari, Brief of Respondent United States in Opposition filed, and many amicus filings from the case. All of these materials should be presented in the summary opinion to establish the validity and standing of the case, and why I am against Acquitted Conduct Sentencing.
